Testimonials

As a small business that's growing quickly we risk being paralysed by our potential. Sometimes it seems like we can do everything, but without a framework, we can't do anything at all. Rather than analysing a value proposition or a market, Riskkit helped us to understand the conceptual infrastructure of our business. Using straightforward diagrams and well structured questions we were able to identify places in the business where we are lacking resources and other places where we were possibly putting too much attention. Not surprisingly, this objective analysis revealed some of the fundamental magic (and conflict) in our organisation.

I know that Riskkit has made an impact on what we do as I've now adopted some of the basic structure into my general thinking on the business.

Working with Piers on Riskkit was a great experience. We've tried a few different methods to articulate what we do and where we're going, but they are often overly conceptual and don't translate to action. I thought Riskkit both thought provoking and substantive way to take a close look at our past, present and future. In short, after our first session, we changed the way we worked based on insights from the process.
Matt Johnson, Bare Conductive

The conversation was a refreshing opportunity to step outside of the business and think about it from an external perspective. It was useful to analyse the creative and systematic processes that we apply to our business, and to realise that what seems like an organic process actually is a somewhat repeatable methodology. Piers' style of inquiry allowed this reflexion to come naturally into the conversation, and was very useful in helping bring to light patterns that were not otherwise obvious.
